What Optmos stores

When you connect a Meta Ads account, Optmos stores an access token for that connection and reads campaign, ad set, insights and conversion data from the ad account you selected. Optmos never reads Facebook Pages, posts, followers or personal profile content. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

1. Delete a platform connection yourself

1. Sign in at optmos.ai/login.
2. Open Settings › Workspace in the workspace that holds the connection.
3. Click Disconnect next to Meta Ads.

Disconnecting deletes the stored access token immediately, and the engine stops reading and writing on that account at once. When the token is still valid and no other workspace uses the same Meta login, Optmos also revokes its own access on Meta's side. In any case you can remove Optmos yourself from the platform, as described below.

You can also remove Optmos from your Facebook account under Settings › Apps and Websites. After that, the token Optmos holds stops working, and the connection is removed on the next check.

2. Delete your whole account and its data

Email contato@sociax.com.br from the address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request within 5 business days and delete, within 30 days:

• your user account and profile;
• every workspace you own, with its settings, targets and governance rules;
• all platform connections and access tokens;
• all ad-platform data read into Optmos (snapshots, insights, decisions and their logs).

Billing records required by tax law are kept for the legally mandated period and nothing else.

3. Delete only the data from one ad account

Email contato@sociax.com.br naming the workspace and the ad account (for example, act_123456789). We delete the data read from that account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Para apagar uma conexão com Meta Ads: entre no Optmos, abra Configurações › Workspace e clique em Desconectar. O token é apagado na hora e o motor para de ler e escrever nessa conta. Se o token ainda vale e nenhum outro workspace usa o mesmo login da Meta, o Optmos também revoga o próprio acesso do lado da Meta; em qualquer caso, você pode remover o Optmos nas configurações da plataforma. Para apagar a conta inteira, ou só os dados de uma conta de anúncios, escreva para contato@sociax.com.br a partir do e-mail de login; confirmamos em até 5 dias úteis e apagamos em até 30 dias.
